Follow below steps to change color of any PNG image
1. Make sure the color mode is RGB(Red Green Blue).
2. There should be layered palette on the screen.
3. Click FX icon to apply effects from Photoshop.
4. From Effects menu, choose Color overlay.
5. Click the color box.
6. In the color dialog, choose the required color that you want to use.
7. Press OK in all dialog boxes. You Image will be ready with new color.
